Democrats Silent About Durbin's Verbal Attack on Military
Not a single Democratic Party senator spoke out against Dick Durbin,
Senator from Illinois' comparison of the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba detention
facility to the Soviet Gulag and Nazi Germany Concentration Camps. They
are either too cowardly to offend their party or too stupid to let such an
idiotic comparison pass without comment. They would rather let the U.S.
Military be slandered than offend Amnesty International. These senators
are contemptible.

Hi Norm,
I have to admit -- while I agree with some of the things you write, politics is not frequently one of them, given I think you're being a bit too harsh on one party and not the other.
I mean, what the Democrats have done here is nothing that the Republicans have not done for their own in the past! Both parties have little credibility, given many of them (within both parties) are on the Hill to serve themselves and not their constituents.
So, you might think of being a little less partisan and focus a bit more on each person you discuss -- Democrats on the whole are not the Antichrist, and neither are many of the liberal Democrats. Instead, remember that while some (or many -- God only knows) might be wolves, others might just be poor misled souls who we should pity (and if we're bold and doing our job), pray for and approach, not berate harshly.
