How Intense Is Your Worship

On Sundays in America we have the choice of worship services to suit our tastes. We can go to a traditional service where hymns are dominant, or we can go to a service which features modern choruses with brass and electrical guitar. We can choose churches that have a choir and orchestra, or we can just stay home and tune in a worship service on television.

In Iraq and other Moslem countries, Christians worship at the risk of their lives. The pastor of a small church in Baghdad received death threaths from Muslim radicals. Boldly, the pastor proclaimed to his congregation, "If you are not prepared to die for Christ, don't come to this church for we have received death threaths."
