The Coming Theocracy

Secularist liberals have been resorting to labeling any move to uphold the right to life, or traditional marriage, as “theocracy.” As long as it can be traced back to the Bible, then it must be struck down as “theocracy.” The actions of legislators and executives of government are seen as “based on religious morality,” and therefore leading to establishment of religion. Soon, people of faith will be banned from holding public office because of the theocracy scare being whipped up by the secularists and their black-robed allies in the courts.

Theocracy is undoubtedly going to happen, not just in the way that the secularists expect. It will not come by an act of Congress, or by executive order, or by the will of the people, or by the zeal of the Church.

It will come with great power:
"For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be."

Matthew 24:27
It will come unexpectedly:
"For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be.”

Matthew 24:37-39
It will come with a vengeance:
"But these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slay them in my presence."

Luke 19:27
Who is scared of the coming theocracy? Not me. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
